"Midwives great all but one!"

I was induced on the 29th of January 2015. With it being my first baby I didn't really know what to expect but the first midwife I was seen by made me feel uncomfortable, wouldn't let me eat anything and said I couldn't move as I was hooked up to the machine, the midwife was rough when trying to break my waters and wasn't calming at all - the midwife was fairly young and seemed quite inexperienced (and they had a trainee with them, I think they were the one who needed supervision!!) luckily the midwives changed shifts shortly after and I am so thankful for this as the members of staff were great, couldn't have asked for more! I felt more relaxed and in control and thank them so much for being there for me and my boyfriend!! I ended up giving birth by c section at 1.09pm 30th Jan 2015.
