I am a manager of a care home and a client I support recently had to be admitted to the critical care ward. The staff were superb, my client was treated with the utmost respect, I was kept informed of the treatment she required and the reasons for this. Two of the staff who looked after her wellbeing I have to say their bedside manner was a delight to see. I know there were others looking after my client but unfortunately I did not catch their name, they afforded my client the same care. My client was then transferred to ward 26, again the staff were extremely helpful and even sent the hospital passport back to the home after discharge as we forgot to make sure we had brought it back with us. I cannot thank you all enough for the care, skills and dedication shown to my client and the helpfulness shown to my staff. Kindest regards Julie T
