“The chilli was nice” – “Veggies very good” -“The salad bar is a bit posh”

“ Good Chinese food” – “Once a month theme day very good” “A carvery would be good” “Picture menus would be a good idea”

“Love the fish and chip shop Friday’s, pukka pies and fried fish lovely” “Good choices, I don’t like spicy food but there is always another choice”

Thank you for your comments regarding the food at the Wells Road restaurant. We had a Chinese theme day last month and the feed back was great, we decorated the dining room with dragons, lanterns, flags and the staff even wore chinese hats. We are having a theme day once a month that include decorating the dining room. In fact today is St Patricks Day and we are having an Irish theme day with a roast gammon and turkey carvery, colcannon and Irish stew. We hope you continue to give feed back on your dining experience in the future.

Picture menus will be introduced soon, we are in the early stages of development for these.

The fish and chip Friday is here to stay, we do however have a hot healthy choice and oof course the popular salad bar every sitting.

Chilli will remain on our menus as this is always popular also vegetarian choices.

The dining experience at The Wells Road Centre offers the opportunity for patients to eat within a restaurant facility and be served their meals by a member of the catering team. This allows the patients to choose their meal with their eyes and also to be able to discuss any dietary requirements directly with the catering team.

With this in mind, a basic pictorial menu has been introduced for these unable to visit the restaurant.
