Thank you for your comments about our Chinese New Year theme day, I must say it went down very well with the patients and we had very good feedback about it being authentic.

The comment made about "lifting the mood, very important" is great and we are glad to hear this. We collected these comments through a survey taken on the theme day, this allows us to get feedback straight away. The feedback you give us is vital for us to know what you like and dislike and this allows us to plan future events and menus.

We are having a theme day every month and the next one will be St Georges Day on the 23rd of April with traditional English fayre: Pork Wellington and Leek, mushroom and stilton lattice and cornflake tart will be some of the dishes on the menu for the theme day.
