reception and bookings - excellent, friendly, caring. waiting area comfortable and calm nurse attended with required drink and cup. extraordinarily friendly. Returned when they said they would, talked me through the process and fitted a canula for the contrast injection. i was not required to sit in a hospital gown in the waiting area (as I was at a previous scan at QEH in Woolwich) and there was a complete sense at PRUH of diligence, smooth running and competence. The whole procedure was on schedule and straightforward.
