"I was wondering how I could say thank you"

I've been in the fortunate position of not having to use a hospital for years. The care, cleanliness and efficiency of the day surgery unit at QMC was superb. It was patient focused and effective. I'm glad to have received this form as I was wondering how I could say thank you. The only issue I would flag is that car parking is very expensive and it's often difficult to find a space. Public transport is not an option for me as I have to travel to or from appointments directly from work. Charges have recently increased and for those of us having regular treatment it soon builds up. It just feels like a money making enterprise. I'd get a bus if I could but there isn't one.
