Staff were professional and i was seen quickly.problem stared when paying for parking. Too dark to see the tiny buttons and i dont (who does?) Understand the key pad on machine. Helped a very confused and upset elderly lady to use machine. 20 mins free then 2 pounds.i was there for 29 minutes. 2 pounds for 11 minutes! Total rip off.
