"Terribly impressed"

About: St Richard's Hospital

Just left the hospital after a 2 week stay due to blood clots in my lungs. I am deeply impressed by the professionalism and care by all staff from the paramedic who came to my house, ambulance people, nurses, doctors, hca's, consultants, caterers etc. They are all very special and should be very proud of themselves. I am extremely grateful. Thank you all, A&E, AMU and Birdham ward

Thank you very much for taking the time to make these lovely comments. It must have been quite a frightening experience for you, but clearly one which was made as bearable as possible by the various staff that you mention. Staff do work incredibly hard in very challenging circumstances, and it is always very much appreciated when patients such as yourself take the time to acknowledge their efforts. We shall make sure that all the staff and departments that you mention are made aware of your kind words.
