"unexceptable patient care from staff"

About: Barnet Hospital

I arrived at Paeds A&E 5:25am via ambulance, with my son who had a sudden unexplained headache and loss of vision. The ambulance drivers told us to wait in the waiting room while I listened and saw them chatting with the nurses. When they saw me they said someone's coming and only then did I hear one of the ambulance staff mention my son's condition. Still waiting, and listening to them laughing and chatting, I got frustrated and asked a passing nurse If my son was going to be seen. The nurse wasn't at all polite. A nurse finally came 5:35 with a frown on their face, no eye contact and rudely told us to come. The nurse was rude until I told them I heard then chatting and laughing whilst my son and I were waiting to be seen and it weren't about a hand over. The nurse said there was one person in front of us. A lady and a man left with their child about 5:50am. It is now 6:23am and no one is around. The worst service I've ever experienced from Barnet. We arrived 5:25am
