(as the patient),

I had an operation on Stradbroke Ward in February last year for a broken femur. The staff were wonderful but totally over worked. The food was awful.

Good afternoon,

Thank you ever so much for the above feedback regarding Stradbroke Ward, the staff will be delighted to hear it, I shall be sure to send it to the Ward Sister for her to disseminate accordingly.

With regards to your comment about the food, these have been noted and I shall pass them down the relevant avenues.
