"The staff delivered person centred care"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Medicine (Wards 2,10,12 and 17)

(as the patient),

I arrived to have my weekly treatment at Ward 16 and everything was set up all ready. I didn't have to wait.

The staff delivered person centred care whilst doing an efficient and effective job. They gave me privacy and treated me with respect and consideration.

They ensured my treatment was safely delivered without being too intrusive.

Dear atjc

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience of care within ward16 at Monklands Hospital. Within the Hospital we have been doing a lot of work to deliver the quality ambitions of safe, effective and person-centred care and I am glad to learn you received such care and you were treated with respect and consideration.

I will pass on your kind comments to the ward16 team.

Kind regards

Ruth
