Arrived before 9 am. Was seen within about 10 minutes. Procedure took place about an hour later. All staff kind, considerate and very thorough. Was treated well and compassionately. Could have done with more information about what to expect with regards to recovery but otherwise the unpleasant procedures made as calm as possible by fantastic staff.
