"Poor Communications"

About: Bristol Eye Hospital

I need to change my appointment with BEH due 14th. March. I initially telephoned the 4174 number, but after being kept on hold for 45 minutes and my turn had come from the original 9 to 7 over that time, then my phone ran out of credit and was cut off.. During that "waiting time" I made a note of the web address and decided to use that system instead. It would appear that the 14th of March is a "non-mandatory date" according to the BEH system, and would not accept it. Guess its because its a Saturday !!! So, having changed it to the day before, and adding a note in the "comments" bit, it worked. However, still no reply. I repeated the process several days later, and still no reply, in spite of the fact I wrote "please acknowledge receipt of this mail" in huge capitals.. Still no response Had a text message today, reminding me of my appointment on the 14th. I shall reply to that, but I know it doesn't work, because I tried that before... I wonder if anyone there reads these reviews ???
