"A year and still no diagnosis"

Been back and forth to castle hill for a year now seen by two ent consultants and still no nearer to understand what is causing my vertigo. Just keep getting prescriptions and there is the door attitude if I wanted a prescription I get one from my GP I do not think it is right to suffer vertigo and in pain for a year is totally unexceptable. I also complained to P.A.L.S and been fobbed of by them as well surely the patients charter States the department has a duty of care to to the patient.
