"I was given so much confidence by the staff"

I was greeted at the Keyworth Medical Centre with such kindness which put me at ease straight away. Dr Neil Schroff came and I knew I was in good hands he is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He was excellent as he gave me so much confidence that it was going to be alright all through the operation. He was talking to me explaining what was being done. This lasted about 60 minutes and there was no pain. I could go on and on but it might bore you but this Dr. Schroff is excellent. I had to go back after two weeks and it had all gone well. The operation was on my face and now after 4 weeks you can’t see any scar at all. The staff i.e. Barbara and Kara Afonso was also very good to me.
