"Unco-operative staff and can never get through"

I have not even had my treatment yet but a few days have tried to get through to speak to someone regarding my appointment. The lings rings and rings. when i did eventually speak to someone from the dermatology department they were so unhelpful and rude. - its a disgrace! I then called again this week and tried for approx 4 days- this time again the same issue but as yet i have not been able to speak to anyone.
