"Complete let down"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I attended the hospital after the GP referred me. I was initially very happy with the service but after the first consultation it all went drastically wrong. There was no patient concern or respect at all, to be told I was having a procedure done because "there was obviously something very wrong with me" was to say the least very upsetting. This was in January it is now March and I haven't heard from the consultant once!
