"attended a+e 2/3/15 with my 17 yrs old son"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

I could see the depart was busy and waited over 2 hours to then get a telling off for attending a and e. Nurse was extremely abrupt and sharp with us. No pain relief offered . X Ray taken told sharply nothing wrong and should have gone to a doctor. After another agonizing night in pain I took my son to the walk in centre the following day to be told he had a broken rib! Extremely annoyed about the way we were treated.
