"A&E"

About: Salisbury District Hospital

Went with my husband to A&E last Friday at around 6.30pm. He had injured his knee earlier in the day. The reception staff were friendly. He soon saw the Triage Nurse who, after inspecting his knee, arranged for him to have x-rays and within a very short time he was given the results and advised on how to care for his injured leg. Throughout our visit the staff were helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this department of Odstock Hospital (and others that we have visited during outpatients appointments but omitted to review).

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your visit last week. We strive to treat our patients promptly and always in a professional and caring manner, and are so pleased to hear that you’d recommend us. We hope the injury is healing well, and thanks again for such positive feedback.
