About: Horton General Hospital

my father was admitted via A&E. We found the A&E staff to be kind and informative. The staff on the ward seemed indifferent and distracted. Information was inconsistent and lacking. Our concerns were ignored.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us, our staff love to know that their care has been so greatly appreciated. It has been a pleasure to share your thanks with the team working in A&E and with senior nurses and management. I am sincerely sorry that the care on the ward lacked the compassion and respect we expect all our patients to receive and that your concerns were ignored.
