I got transferred to the labour ward after labouring 7 days at home due to meconium being in waters. Although I found the experience heart breaking, the staff has been very supportive and empathetic to both me and my husbands needs. The facilities in the hospital are not great by any stretch (at the moment when I gave birth, there were no pillows available in the labour ward), but the staff and the care was fantastic.
"Very supportive staff"
