"A&E at Fairfield"

My mother fell down the stairs and broke her ankle in a pretty nasty way. Unfortunately the ambulance took over two hours to arrive though I know that this is nothing to do with Fairfield. Once at Fairfield however, she was treated quickly, informed of everything that was happening to her throughout the process and was treated in a very considerate and kind manner. I was cheeky and looked over the shoulder of the A&E consultant who was examining my mum's x-ray - when I told them who I was they kindly spoke me through exactly what was wrong with my mum's ankle in terms I was able to understand. The nursing staff, doctor, xray staff and porter were all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately she had to be transferred to North Manchester General Hospital as they were unable to deal with the nature of the break at Fairfield - but this transfer was arranged quickly and efficiently.
