"F5 Staff are the best"

I went into hospital a few days ago, with a infected cyst on my back that had to be removed. I was intially admitted into F3 but moved up to F5 later in the evening.

The moment i went into the ward, the nurse was waiting for me and she took me to my bed, helped me get in and even tucked me in. She told me where everything was and told me if i needed anything all i have to do is ask.

The next day after surgery i was treated like i was special and the only person on the ward, all the nurses were very attentive and caring.

When i left the day after i was given all the instructions on what i can do and what i need to avoid, along with information of aftercare about the dressing of my operation. Although the prescriptions were not ready they let me go home and because me and my husband were so impressed with their care he didn't mind coming back to the hospital to come and pick the medication and dressing up.

Thank You to all the staff in the ward incl the cleaner who really made it a point to say hello to each and every patient.
