I have spent a total of 12 hours at casualty over the past 3 days with my partner,we went to casualty as he had a swollen hand,we waited 3 hours to see a nurse for her to say you have a blister,go home. . . . ! After a further 2 trips to casualty my partner was finally diagnosed with a serious infection to his hand,which had since spread,he is currently taking 2 lots of antibiotics & 2 lots of painkillers & is still in pain.I feel we had crap service ,crap facilitys,complete waste of time,not happy.
