"Can't get an appointment"

I can never get an appointment with my doctors in Newcastle upon Tyne, I often have to wait up to 6 weeks when asking for an appointment. I was told yesterday I could not see a nurse until 4 weeks time. They have a system where they tell you to ring up at 8am that day for appointments, I can not get through and when I do they have all gone. On several occasions I feel the surgery has been rude to me and what I consider to be uncaring and cold .I think the staff are rude and the nursing staff hard faced and rude. The past few months there has been an occasion where I have been shouted at by the staff and their health care and service has made me now go to seek another medical practice.
