Firstly, I may not be in the right place to post this, but I'll do it anyway...

As a 'parking warrior' who advises motorists who feel aggrieved after receiving parking tickets, I have to commend Blackpool on its apparent model for parking that deviates from the usual modus operand.

With much of BVH parking being controlled by barrier, and you pay for the time actually parked (instead of guessing) this system is fairer than receiving the usual 'penalty'.

I'm sure there are some improvements that could be made but credit where it's due BVH.

Thank you for leaving feedback on here about the changes we have made to our car parking following the construction of the new multi storey car park.

I am pleased that you found this system agreeable, we were very aware when establishing the process that the last thing patients and visitors would need was the added stress of a parking ticket close to expiration especially in urgent cases or where clinics are delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances.

I will personally ensure that your kind feedback is passed onto the car parking manager to share with her team.
