"The driver was so helpful"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

The transport which was provided was without doubt the finest I have experienced as the driver Craig was courteous and was so very helpful during my stay at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Although been early for my appointment we kept waiting for a very long time from 2. 30pm till 3. 20pm but the driver didn’t seem to mind. Thank everyone for their help.
