About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I went to my GP at 4: 30 on 4th December. On the morning of 5th December I received a telephone call offering me several appointments.

I was offered two appointments in December but chose January due to commitments. I attended recently and found the whole hospital process very smooth and efficient. I am very impressed with the level of service received from beginning to end of the process.
