About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

Consultant very efficient and explained what would happen. Feel reassured at further treatment (Princess Royal, Telford).

Unsure why, after having had a barium meal at PR Telford I was offered other hospitals by TRAQS. I waited for available appointment at Telford, as my local hospital, so I could continue my treatment there, having previously met the staff.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to the team.

Unfortunately we are not always aware that a patient has undergone tests at a specific hospital if the information is not clearly written in the referral letter from the GP.

We do rely upon patient;s to advise us if they have begun investigations at a specific hospital so that we can bear this in mind when offering a Choice of hospital to attend for further treatment. and that results are freely available if required when attending the outpatients clinic.
