"Long wait for an appointment at a pain clinic"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

In July 2014 I suffered from blood clots to my lungs and was referred to ambulatory care, I was on clot busting drugs for 3 weeks and warfarin for 13 weeks.

After 13 weeks I went to see Dr Teelvekign do nothing. Now after 21 weeks I'm told the consultant wanted me to continue with warfarin but they “missed” the letter.

I now have to pick up where we left off and there are no appointments in Telford for at least 4 months. It is impossible for me to go to Dudley or Stoke.

I have waited 14 months for an appointment at the pain clinic. It looks like this is going to be the same. Please Contact me.
