I wanted to let you know how lovely Jessica Sutton from Red Cross was when she came round with a shopping trolley that I can take on the bus. It’s a three wheeler which I can get onto and off the bus very easily – although I will need a bit more practice! Jessica came to do a shopping trip with me to show me how the trolley could be used and although we were back later than I had hoped she was very kind and helpful putting all my shopping away. She was really delightful.
