Why not produce your own leaflet for patients to take home to explain their treatment, how to care for the catheter, what possible side effects there are, catheter care clinic details and a first appointment date? Why should patients need to google this and find results from several other hospitals in the UK?

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry our staff did not give you the information you needed when you visited our hospital. We do have leaflets available, and I have asked the matron for Urology to look into why this did not happen.
