"Booking appointments"

I have been trying to book an appointment for the last 3 months after getting a referral from my dentist. I have left 6 messages and still nobody has called me back. There is massive lack of procedure in booking an appointment with such a big organisation. I was referred to the hospital over 6 months ago now and still no further forward
