"Lovely ENT specialist but I'm still waiting for..."

About: Yeovil District Hospital

When I first made an appointment a lady on the phone told me that my tinnitus can't be cured. I thought this was utterly unprofessional, since she wasn't even a doctor! How dare she panic a patient like this? So then early December, I had an appointment with a lovely ENT specialist. She tried to help me get rid of my tinnitus and suggested relaxing techniques and yoga, etc. She also said that she would refer me to sound therapy and that she was going to send the letter off. It's March now and I still haven't heard from them. My tinnitus is still there. Every time I call, I don't get through or don't have anyone even answering the phone! I can't even leave a message to get a call back according to the staff! So what's going to happen now?!
