On attending the unit on Saturday I was very satisfied with the care and support I received. As there was no x-ray available on this day I returned on Monday. The counter staff and x-ray department were very efficient and supportive. This is more than I can say for the male nurse who saw on this day. He was rude in the way he spoke to me, asked questions and then did not take the time to listen to my reply.
