"Slow and discourteous staff"

The phlebotomy department is staffed by snails who couldn’t work any slower if they tried. An hour and a half wait while one member of staff just sat reading for nearly an hour before deciding to help the other staff. When finally seen, the nurse was grumpy and discourteous and made me feel as if patients were an inconvenience. A disgraceful service.

I am very sorry to hear of your poor experience. We have experienced some staff turnover and although we are actively recruiting for their replacements we have been empoying some temporary staff. Courteous staff behaviour and professionalism are behaviour standards that we expect all staff to adhere to and we will use your feedback to address the issues that you describe.
