"NHS patient's view"

About: Highgate Private Hospital

All the staff were friendly and welcoming from reception to operating theatre. My allocated nurse was reassuring and kept popping into my room to see if I needed anything. My consultant took pains to explain my procedure, had a kindly manner and made me feel confident that I was in experienced hands. The hospital is very clean and the rooms are warm and comfortable. At no time was I made to feel awkward about being an NHS rather than a private patient. I would happily recommend this hospital to others.
