Saw the ENT consultant mid Jan 15, septoplasty op booked for 3 march. From the minute I arrived everyone I met everybody at Croydon hospital was friendly, informative, consultative, respectful and very nice. I don't believe they could have done any better, service wise, than they did. A credit to the NHS.
