"Cuts to urology clinics"

About: Tameside General Hospital

Attended the urology clinic in October 2014, told that a new appointment would be made for me in four months. February 2015 came and went no appointment forthcoming, when I enquired as to why I had not received an appointment I was informed by email that clinics are usually held every two weeks, these have now been cut to one monthly. Next appointment now is April 28. Disgusted with this standard of patient care

’Would you like to help the hospital to improve its services further? We are currently looking for patients and carers to become involved in a development called “Patient Stories”. We want to know more about our services from the point of view of those who received them – what was good, bad, what could be improved, what should be changed. Want to know more about what’s involved? Please contact John Goodenough, Director of Nursing at
