"Outstanding"

Orthopaedic consultant surgeon and his team made me feel as if they were my personal physicians and at no time did I feel pressured or ‘out of the loop’. I was fully appraised every step of the way which enabled me to make informed decisions pertinent to my care. In my humble opinion, we are blessed to have such a quality surgeon who exudes confidence and instils a therapeutic relationship from the start. I can not thank him enough for the care provided. The team on ward 1, pain management and HDU were fantastic, and by team, I mean from the domestics to the Doctors, the care I received was second to none. I would like to mention individuals; but they were all so good I fear it would undermine the outstanding work of those I did not come into contact with. I am currently with the BIU who have evidently continued to maintain the high standards when delivering excellent care and support. I cannot fault the care or treatment, EVEN the food was excellent
