"Cant get a follow up appointment"

About: Yeovil District Hospital

Got a letter from ophthalmology department in November saying they were sorry I was being delayed getting my appointment, its now march and still no appointment, tried ringing , just rerouted to a mail box and left messages, not only can i not get an appointment , I cant seem to find a human to talk to when I ring , poor service.
