I have been amazed at the excellent treatment I received from the minute I walked into the ward. I was very nervous but felt very reassured quite soon. There were a lot to staff involved in the preparation for the op and everyone introduced themselves and were very caring and professional. Afterwards there was the same level of care until I left, even during the night. Despite all the comments you hear about hospital food I thought it was excellent and always served with a cheery smile.
