"My Heart Attack Treatment at A&E on 22nd of Feb..."

I would like to express my eternal gratitude to the doctors, nursing and ambulance staff at Epsom A&E. I am 43 years old and suffered a heart attack on Sunday the 22nd of February 2015. Their speed of action in diagnosing and getting me sent under blue light to St George's without doubt saved my life for which I and my family are extremely grateful. I cannot speak highly enough of the way I was treated. If there is anything I can do to support the hospital and its A&E Services please let me know.
