"Excellent care throughout the Hospital"

My husband was admitted via A&E and subsequently had a short period in 2 wards and was also a day case for a procedure. We were treated sympathetically and professionally throughout his treatment, and he was made to feel confident that he was being well cared for. This all happened leading up to and over the Christmas period when you might have thought the system would be less well staffed, but at no point did he feel the staff were under pressure, even if in fact they were !
