"Excellent cardiac care as both an out patient and..."

I traveled to St Thomas' from the North of England for a cardiac consultation and in patient procedure. From my first call to the Professor's secretary in November 2014 I have found the service and care to be excellent. All the staff throughout my journey up to and including my cardiac procedure and discharge as an in patient Wednesday last 26th February 2015 have been brilliant. Staff on Beckett Ward and Cath Lab 4 were friendly, professional and caring putting me at ease, supporting my concerns and taking time to explain what would be happening before, during and after my procedure. I have been involved in options and decisions about my care at all times. I am very grateful for the considerate, professional care I have received to date and now the ongoing, continued care as an out patient at St Thomas' for my cardiac issues. Thank you to all the people who have been part of my journey.
