"Dislocated shoulder treated with care and..."

I am most grateful to the staff for the care given me once in their hands regarding my shoulder dislocation. I cannot praise them enough. However on arrival by ambulance and being left by the Paramedic in the waiting area I sat in great pain for over an hour with no one checking how I felt. I also was alone and immobile for most of this time. I did receive some pain relief in the ambulance before leaving Trawden but this was soon ineffective and further help whilst waiting to be seen would have been greatly appreciated. All it needed was for someone to ask. I appreciate the A & E Dept can be very busy but this was not the case at around 9 pm on Tuesday 24th February. I hope these comments are seen as constructive and thank you again for the excellent care given.
