On 8 the January I fell heavily onto the pavement in morpeth. Where I live, around 12.45am.my husband drove me to hospital. I saw the consultant in about an hour having been to X-ray. I was by then vomiting and had also to rush to the toilet. He sent for a nurse to help me and my husband. By then, I was unable to help myself. The doctor came to the toilet himself to check on me.he was very caring and checked my knee and elbow which I had grazed. My eye was closed and blackening by then.very encouraging,as we left he rushed after us to make sure we knew how to get out of the department. All so nice and caring. My husband is 82and I am 77and were thankful to be treated and helped in this manner.sorry to be so late telling this review.
