"Fantastic service"

I had to attend urgent care early on a Sunday morning because of problems from a chest infection. I arrived at just before 8am, parked straightaway and only waited 25 minutes to be seen. The nurse who attended me was very thorough and I did not feel rushed at all, despite the waiting room having filled up since my arrival. I was sorted and back home by 9.30. I know a lot of people have gripes about the NHS but I have never received anything less than good service and have always been seen promptly.
