"Not happy:(("

Recently visited the children A&E with my little one; first they lost our registration paper and asked us to go back and re-register. Secondly we were there waiting while other people that came after us were seen by doctor because of our lost registration. Staff were busy chatting and talking their personal issues ( wedding etc), we were taken into a room, with no bed just chairs. My little one was sleeping i asked for a pillow and was refused. an hour and a half later the nurse came and by then we were seen by a doctor.The prescription paper was forgotten to be sent to my GP after 1 week to collect my little one antibiotics. I certainly thought the children A&E are more quicker and processional but noooooo..
