I came to try find out how many patients in A&E they would treat see in an hour. (My wife had pain with a fish bone very deep in her throat, called 111 - on their advice, we came to B'ham city hospital, they said ~4 hours wait, but Sandwell less busy than us), at Sandwell, a dozen of patients but they are refusing completely to disclose any information about times to be seen (about how many patients they see)? i admit something about the future, and something about the past is not the same. But hiding from the patient, information of public interest about public health is disloyal. This is completely unacceptable for the taxpayer who funds the hospital, We pay for the service and they hide the public health information about how many patients per hour they have seen ? come on, be responsible about public heath information! Please just answer the question.
